Committees

Here are the committees supported by our HOA Board:

 

Recreation/Decorating Committee: Plans events for our division as well as decorating for holidays, as approved by the board.

 

 

Maintenance/Architectural Committee: Reviews all proposed projects by individual homeowners/board, as requested, to maintain property values, adherence to established bylaws and city/state ordinances, and the safety of residents.

 

 

Publicity Committee:  Helps run the Facebook page and promotes the events that the recreation committee schedules, as approved by the board. 

 

 

Landscaping Committee: Helps maintain the common areas and provides suggestions to help maintain the overall cleanliness of the development, as approved by the board.

 

 

Audit Committee: Shall supervise the annual accounting of the associations books and approve the annual budget and balance sheet statement to be presented to the Members at their Annual meetings. The Treasurer shall be an ex officio member of the committee.
